We have enhanced our product GreyMatrix (Apparel Solution for Sage 300 ERP) to include the multi pricing option, and would like our users and blog followers to get acquainted with this new feature.
Though this feature is not new to Sage (Accpac) 300 ERP users, as they are aware of Sage 300 handling multiple pricelist option for a single item. So we have also enhanced our GreyMatrix by allowing “Multiple pricelist for the Style Items generated“.
Now, rather playing more with words I would like to introduce this feature to all of you.
We have added a Grid, which will allow users to enter multiple pricelist list code within the style Maintenance screen to have different pricing of an Item. All the pricelist selected will be added within Sage 300 Item Pricing Screens. However, it is must that the users should always create the needed pricelist codes before coming to the style maintenance.
Thus, while generating or updating the style, Apparel Item will have all the price list code in the Item Pricing as shown in the below screen.
This will help Users to generate all the apparel items with multiple price list codes and will pick the correct item price from IC item pricing table at the transaction level.
