Migrate vendors from Sage 50 (Canada) to Sage 300

This blog is in continuation to our series GUMU™ ERP Migration services. In our last blog, we had discussed about how to migrate customers from Sage 50 (Canada) to Sage 300 . In this blog, we are going to discuss about how vendor data gets migrated from Sage 50 Canada to Sage 300 ERP using GUMU™.
GUMU™ utility converts all masters and open transactions along with historical data from Sage 50 Canada (formerly known as Simply Accounting) to Sage 300 ERP requisite format.
Let’s have a quick look at the below screenshot of Sage 50 vendor screen.

After data migration from Sage 50 (Canada), the field values of Sage 50 vendor gets converted with the following mapping:

In the above table, we can see the Vendor fields of Sage 50 as reflected in Sage 300 ERP. Once the migration is completed, the Vendor data is mapped to the requisite fields in Sage 300 ERP.
As seen in the screenshot below, after the migration, the Vendor data is reflected in its requisite fields in Sage 300 ERP.
