Purchase Register Report provides information of company Purchase for a particular date range with an option to Sort an item, location, vendor, vendor group, vendor account set, item group or item Category for the P/O Invoices, Credit Notes and Debit Notes.
All you have to do is just select the different filter criteria as per your requirement and give the path where you want to store the generated report.

As this report gets printed in excel sheet you have the liberty to format the report, draw pivots, sort, filter, etc. the report according to your requirement as you do in normal excel sheet.
This report can also be further used to get top vendors or items based on how you use excel to create Pivots.
