Migrate Item Masters from QuickBooks to Sage 300 ERP

We provide data Migration Services from QuickBooks to Sage 300 ERP (formerly known as Sage Accpac) at our Sage Migration Center.
This blog is in continuation to our GUMU™ ERP Migration services. In our previous blog we discussed about Migration of Banks from QuickBooks to Sage 300 ERP. In this blog we will discuss about how QuickBooks Item Masters gets migrated to Sage 300 ERP (Formerly known as Accpac) using GUMU.
Our GUMU™ migration utility is compatible to convert all Master and Open transactions along with Sales, Purchase and GL historical data from QuickBooks to Sage 300 ERP.
Let’s have a look on QuickBooks items:

You can edit Unit of Measure by clicking on Edit. The following window will be displayed:

After data migration from QuickBooks, the field value of QuickBooks Items gets converted with following mapping:

Here are the converted Item Master fields from QuickBooks to sage 300. Kindly refer the below screenshot where the Item has been converted as per the mapping mentioned in above table.

If you want to check units are migrated properly you can click on Units option. It can be edited.
