You can create Purchase orders in QuickBooks from the following path.
Quick Books -> Vendors -> Create Purchase Orders

Above highlighted fields are migrated in Sage 300 in below path:
Sage 300 -> Purchase Orders -> P/O Transactions -> Purchase Order Entry

In the above screenshot the Sage 300 ERP shows all migrated fields.
After data migration from QuickBooks the field values of Purchase Orders gets converted with the following mapping:
