We can view open Purchase orders from the following path in Sage 100 ERP:
Open Sage 100 ERP –> Modules –> Purchase Order –> Purchase Order Entry
Here we can see the purchase order information.In the above screenshot we can see the purchase order information like PO Number,Order date,Vendor No,Order status, Tax information etc.
In the below screenshot you can see Item code, quantity ordered,quantity backorder,unit price,total amount etc.
After migration process you can view open Purchase orders from below path in Sage 300 ERP.
Sage 300 ERP -> Purchase Entry -> PO Transactions -> Purchase Order Entry
In “Total” tab, you can see Amount details highlighted in below screen –
In this way, Sage 100 ERP Open Purchase order are migrated into target Sage 300 ERP company database.
