Today, we shall discuss “How to restore company data in Sage Business Vision” in this blog. Below mentioned steps give you a brief idea about the restore company data of Sage Business Vision ERP:
Step 1: Open any existing Sage Business Vision Company (Refer below screen-shot)

Step 2: After click on Log-on below screen appears. Enter User I.D. and Password. For the sample company in Sage Business Vision User I.D. and Password will be ‘BUSINESS’ and ‘VISION’ respectively. (Refer screen-shot below).

Step 3: After Log-on into existing Sage Business Vision Company click on ‘File’ menu and then select ‘Company Selection’ (Refer below screen-shot).

Step 4: After click on ‘Company Selection’ below shown screen is appear. Click on ‘Amend’.

Step 5: After click on ‘Amend’ below shown screen is appear. Click on ‘Open’ to select ‘BVCON.FIL’ file in the company data directory.

Step 6: After click on ‘Open’ below shown screen is appear. Select ‘BVCON.FIL’ file in the company data directory and click on ‘Open’ as shown below.

Step 7: The below screen is appeared after selecting the ‘BVCON.FIL‘ file. Here you can see the ‘Company Name‘ and ‘Working Directory Path‘. Click on ‘Add’ to add company into Sage Business Vision.

Step 8: The below screen is appearing after adding the company into Sage Business Vision. Click on ‘Close’ to view company list.

Step 9: Here you can see the company is successfully added or restored into Sage Business Vision. Select the company and click on ‘Log-on’ to login into the company. Refer below screen shot.
