Our GUMU™ migration utility is compatible to convert all Master and Open transactions along with Sales, Purchase and GL historical data from Sage 50 Accounting- CAD edition (formerly known as Sage Simply Accounting) to Sage 300 ERP.

Let us have a look at Sage 50 CAD Sales Order screen.
In the below screenshot, you can view the open Sales order. Follow the given path for open sales orders:
Reports >> Customer & sales >> Pending Contracts >> By customer >> Select All customers.
The below screenshot is an open sales order of a customer:
To view this Open sales order in Sage 300 ERP after migration, go to: Order Entry >> O/E Transactions >> Order Entry >> Enter the order number to be view in Order No. >> The below screen would be available.
Go to Totals tab to view outstanding balance as shown in below screenshot:
After data migration from Sage 50 (CAD) the field values of Sage 50 CAD Sales Order get converted with the following mapping:
