Migrate Sales Invoice from Sage Pro to Sage 300 ERP

Let’s have a look into Sage Pro Sales Invoice screen. We have open the existing invoice ‘1240’ from Sage pro data.
Sage 300 ERP Sales invoice screen: In the below screenshot you could see the Sales invoice entry screen.

After data migration from Pro the field values of Sage Pro invoice get converted with the following mapping:
Here is the converted Sales invoice of Sage Pro into Sage 300 (Accpac) (refer below screenshot) where the Invoice Transactions have been converted as per mapping.

Once you do the IC Day end processing in Sage 300, the above OE Transaction get created into AR module with the description as O/E invoices/credit notes.
In the below screenshot you could see the document total.

In the above mentioned ways the Sales Invoice gets converted into Sage 300 ERP.
