While creating any Communication, Opportunity and Leads, all People from SageCRM get listed even if the person is Inactive.
Now, we can restrict the inactive persons from the Person Lists!!!
While creating Communication, Lead, and Opportunity in CRM, those People would not be available under the list of Person field whose status is set to ‘In Active’.
