Now in Sage CRM it is possible to arrange line item according to user preference which is useful whenever user want to send order.
In Line item entry screen there will be option for entering line item Number as shown in the screen shot. After saving record it will display line item in the grid as per the order set against that line item.
After clicking on “Send Order” button against Order, the mail merge will display the list of Line items in the document as shown below in the order set by user.
