Need easy access to convert notes to communications which belong to a particular company?
A user taking quick notes from company contact person and now willing to convert all/Individual notes to communication.
Solution:
Now it is available in Sage CRM. We have a tool which will add a new Button named “Convert to Communication” below the Notes List which belongs to Company Entity, please refer the Screen.
There are 3 notes with this company. When user will click on the “Convert To Communication” button; on a single click all 3 notes will get converted to communications for the Company named Test Company.
