GUMU™ for Sage CRM – QuickBooks integration link is an external bi-directional link which synchronizes data from Sage CRM to QuickBooks and vice versa. Today in this blog, we will walk through the process of syncing address from Sage CRM to QuickBooks customers using GUMU Promote Customers process.

In order to synchronize address from Sage CRM to QuickBooks, Sage CRM users have to make sure of below points-
Step 1:- The QuickBooks Address check box from Sage CRM company summary screen should be checked. If this QuickBooks Address check box is not checked then GUMU™ will not sync address data between two applications i.e. Sage CRM and QuickBooks.
This check box plays a vital role as it decides whether user wants to sync this particular address for a customer in QuickBooks.
Step 2:-Once user has created company in Sage CRM and has entered required address details (QuickBooks address checkbox checked) and other details, then it gets synchronized to QB through GUMU™ Promote Customer process.
Here we are integrating one billing and one shipping address between Sage CRM and QuickBooks.
