New Stuff: Company Notes Tab in Sage CRM
Keeping in mind the importance of Time Management in Business world, we have recently designed a module wherein a CRM user especially Sales person can get a brief idea about the meetings scheduled or logged in CRM with just a few clicks.
Basically we created a new Gadget on Dashboard, which hold links of a new pop-up window that would display data of related entities. To get the MOM details, user has to simply click on Meeting Summary/Minutes link. It will open a new window as shown below.
This window basically displays the meeting records created or assigned to the sales user. View is created based on the required conditions. To get the detailed information about the discussion/details done in the meeting, click on the link provided. It will display all the details in the list as shown below.
