GUMU for Sage CRM – Sage 100 integration is a real-time bi-directional link where we synchronize all the customer data from Sage 100 to Sage CRM and vice versa. In our previous blog we discussed about  displaying the AR Inquiry and Order Inquiry data   on a real time basis in our GUMU Sage CRM – Sage 100 integration (GUMU Tabs in Sage CRM).

New Stuff: New Features of GUMU for Sage CRM – Sage 100 Integration

In this blog, we will go through the Order Inquiry Tab in detail. Please note that  Order Inquiry Tab will be only displayed when Sage CRM company is integrated with Sage 100.
Order Inquiry with line item details:-
From Order Inquiry tab, Sage CRM user can view the Order Inquiry details of particular Sage 100 Customer on real time basis. It displays both Open and Completed Orders of Sage 100. User can filter the order types by selecting the “Open” and “Completed” checkboxes provide in Order Inquiry Tab.
Order Type
Sage CRM user can view the Order Details by clicking on icon displayed in “Details” column of order inquiry screen for particular order number.
Order Detail
Also user can further drill down to view line item details for particular order by clicking on the order number.
