Setting Time Zone configurations in Sage CRM at user level as well as at system level

In Sage CRM Time Zone setting is very important, If you want to use Outlook plugin to sync, tasks and appointments and contact. If you have not configured Time Zone correctly in Sage CRM then, User will face issue while syncing Contract from Sage CRM to Outlook.

In Sage CRM you can set Time Zone as below
Administration System -> System Behavior -> Server time zone

The Time Zone you select must match user’s workstation. To set the Time Zone at System Level. i.e. for all users same Time Zone.
For configuring at System level below are the steps to be followed:

  1. Go to Administration->System->System Behavior
  2. Click on Change and select the desired Time Zone from the drop-down and save.

  1. Go to My CRM->Preferences
  2. Click on Change and select the desired Time Zone from the drop-down and save.Configuration at User Level
  3. This User level setting can be done by Administrator under Administration -> Users -> Users Preferences or each user can do their own setting under My CRM -> Preferences
