Troubleshooting – Active Users exceeding licensed users in GUMU™ for Sage CRM- Sage 100

Our GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 100 is a real time, bidirectional link. In this blog, we will go through an Error message which user may face while using integration and it’s possible solution.

New Stuff: New Feature in GUMU for Sage CRM – Sage 100 Integration – Quick Order Entry

Error : In Sage CRM system integrated with Sage 100 using GUMU™ integration, while accessing GUMU tabs or while accessing Sage 100 Administration features user may come across a warning message as “You are currently not licensed to use Greytrix GUMU for Sage CRM – Sage100”.
The message appears as below,

Reason : The above warning message appears if the number of active GUMU users exceeds the total number of purchased GUMU licensed users.
Solution : To avoid interruption of GUMU usage Sage CRM Administrator will have to assign and maintain number of active GUMU users same to the number of purchased GUMU licensed users.
This could be done by providing “GUMU Sage 100” Access to limited Sage CRM users. For more information follow below link.
