Showing Last Updated By And Updated Date Time In Company Top Content

Recently on the community forums, we came across a question where the user wanted to show the name of the user and Date Time when the data was modified. Read on to see how it can be done.

Steps to Add Type field are as follows:-

  1. Log into Sage CRM as Sage CRM Administrator.
  2. Navigate to Administration | Customization | Company.
  3. Click on “Screens” Panel.
  4. Click on “CompanyTopContent” screen Name. Refer below screenshot.

  5. Now, Add “comp_updateddate” and “comp_updatedby” fields And then click on Save button. Refer below screenshot.

  6. After adding fields in TopContent, navigate to company summary screen and change data of few fields. After saving the record, you will observe in the top content screen that the name of person and time when the record was last updated is seen. Refer below screenshot.
