Its getting fun as we work on more developments and reports for one of our Global Client using Sage ERP X3 with an office in India.

New Stuff: Sage X3 reports as per Indian Business Standards – Part III

We will see today another set of interesting reports
1. Sales Register
2. Sales Invoice Report
3. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)

Lets first explore the Sales Register: The Sales Register report displays the list of Sales Invoice lines along with tax details. The sales lines are grouped as per the Tax applied on it. This grouping is based on the tax entered in the Tax1field of the Sales Invoice line. The rest of the tax amount (if any) will be included in the other cost along with additional cost. Such reports are used to monitor the total Sales in a given period and the total taxes paid for it.

Sales Invoice Report: The Sales invoice report is a record report that displays a Sales invoice as per the format required. The report has been developed as per the statutory requirement of the organization.

TDS Report: Tax Deducted at Source(TDS) report is great option to monitor the TDS paid in a given period for purchases. This report contains vendor details like Vendor name, Address and Pan No along with rate and amount of TDS applied.
