There is an easy way in Sage ERP X3 to change the user password. With the use of standard function PASSE (Password change), one can easily change the Sage ERP X3 user password.

This function makes it possible for the users to change their current password. This function can be called automatically, on connection, when the password expires.
Note: If the user password is changed and the same password has been used in the console while configuring SAFE X3 components, then the password needs to be updated in the console and the components need to be re-configured.
