In Sage ERP X3, the date representation format can vary as per requirements. To check the date format of the current folder, use the Adonix calculator by pressing Ctrl+Alt+K and type ‘GFMD’

To change the format of the date, navigate to Setup > General parameters > Parameter values. Click on the FMT group and then click on Detail of chapter SUP (Refer below screen shot).
On click of Detail, the below pop up screen will appear where you can change the format of the date.
