There can be occasions when you want to validate begin and ending sequence range in X3 grids.
New Stuff: How to change the default index in X3?
In a custom development I have come across the above scenario where in I have to validate the grid line entry to validate the begin and ending rangs. After some brain storming I have got a way to validate the same.
Taking an example, I have created the custom grid “carriers” which use to have maximum 4 carrier lines in it. And have begin and ending sequence range fields in it which I want to validate such a way that range should not overlap.
To do this I have to write below code at after line event of NBLIG
