You may come across the situation where you need to keep the track of all purchased items or sales items details . In Sage ERP X3 we can use Service request ,where we can achieve this feature and also do the invoicing for the same.
New Stuff: How to set the entry condition in the Sage X3?
kindly follow the below steps:
- Create Service request and add the product in Consumption tab.
- Here, note that the “Type of consumption” in “consumption” tab of service request screen must be same as “Product type” in “After sales” tab of Product screen for that particular item or product. Please refere the below screen short.
Consumption types:
This field is used to select the consumption type entered. It affects the nature of the product reference authorized for the consumption.
Three types of consumption are possible :
- Journal
- Labor or service
- Task expenses
