Businesses have new leads and leads might be turned into accounts over a period of time. They may be ready to execute a transaction. One of the key features of Sage X3 integration with Salesforce is promoting customers from the CRM to the ERP end. Greytrix GUMU™ integration for Salesforce with Sage X3 allows users to get that account into Sage X3 by the click of a button.
Note: It is mandatory to synchronize some required entities such as AR Division, Terms code, Ship Method and Tax schedule before promoting a customer to the Sage X3.
– > Click on GUMU™ Integration app.
– > Click on Accounts tab. A list of all Accounts in the Salesforce Organization is displayed.
– > Open an Account which is not linked with any Sage X3 Customer. The Account detail screen appears as below along with a Promote Customer button.
– > Click on Promote Customer button. The screen navigates to a page for entering details required for promoting a Customer.
– > Fill the required details-
Integration- Specify the configured Integration name
Category- Specify the Category
Currency- Specify the Currency
Language- Specify the Language
Payment Terms- Specify the Payment Terms
Tax rule- Specify the Tax rule
Sales Person- Specify the Sales Person
Customer No- Specify the non-existing Customer No.
– > Click on Promote button. The corresponding Account gets promoted to Sage X3 and can be viewed in the ERP system.
To verify if an Account is promoted, click on the Customer No link below and it will display the real time details of a Customer.
