“Greytrix SAP B1 – Recurring Suite” add-ons offer SAP Business One user an ability to maintain and process their recurring transactions effectively. The add-ons provide a document type interface allowing user to add Items and Services to their transactions which is not possible though recurring journals.

The add-on not only maintains the recurring document but also tracks the intervals of recurring posting and posts them accordingly.

 Document type interface provided for maintaining recurring Sales Order, Purchase Order, A/R Invoice and A/P Invoice transactions.

 User can set the intervals on the recurring template.

 Easy to maintain documents with sequential numbering.

 Easy accessibility to the documents through user menu.

 User can deactivate the recurring templates by changing the status.

 Documents fields are identical to final document. Recurring Sales Order will mostly have same fields like actual Sales Order. When posting these fields will carry as is to the target documents.

 A simplified process for posting the recurring transactions with selection criteria; which allows the program to generate only selective transactions as needed by the user.

 Reporting can be done on recurring documents.
