The Automation schedules are available on the Processing screens. This feature improves the efficiency to set automation policy to execute recurring tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog, we will be discussing how to manage the automated schedules that will create an invoice for completed shipment automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps to automatically create the invoices for today\u2019s completed shipments:<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to Sales Orders &gt; Processed &gt; Process Shipments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/acumatica\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/MenuOption.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" title=\"MenuOption\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/acumatica\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/MenuOption.png\" alt=\"MenuOption\" width=\"394\" height=\"369\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In Process Shipments screen select \u201cPrepare Invoice\u201d under Action. Click Schedules &gt; ADD action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/acumatica\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/ProcessShipments.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" title=\"ProcessShipments\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/acumatica\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/ProcessShipments.png\" alt=\"ProcessShipments\" width=\"910\" height=\"272\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Automation Schedules popup screen will be displayed where we can set details for the selected process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under Schedule tab, we can specify the occurrence for the execution by setting the required parameters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/acumatica\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/ScheduleTypeTime.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" title=\"ScheduleTypeTime\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/acumatica\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/ScheduleTypeTime.png\" alt=\"ScheduleTypeTime\" width=\"680\" height=\"479\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Also, we can set the execution time for the process. We have scheduled it to execute for every second.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/acumatica\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/ExecutionTime.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" title=\"ExecutionTime\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/acumatica\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/ExecutionTime.png\" alt=\"ExecutionTime\" width=\"685\" height=\"469\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under Conditions tab, we can set the transaction affected by the scheduler.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageintacct\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Conditions.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" title=\"Conditions\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageintacct\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Conditions.png\" alt=\"Conditions\" width=\"681\" height=\"364\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under Filter Values tab, the fields are available to filter for the selected process.
