One of the key advantages of Creatio CRM is the ability to improve the user experience through simple UI customizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While working on a customization request in Creatio CRM, we received a requirement to highlight mandatory fields on the screen so users can quickly identify and complete them during data entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Creatio, this can be implemented in two ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Highlight mandatory fields for a specific section (for example, only in <strong>Cases<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highlight mandatory fields globally across all sections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog, we will review both approaches step by step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Highlight mandatory fields for a specific section <\/strong>(for example, only in Cases)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1: Create a Module in the Case Package<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Navigate to <strong>Settings \u2192 Admin Area \u2192 Advanced Settings<\/strong>.<br>2. Find the package related to Cases: <strong>CrtCaseManagementApp<\/strong>.<br>3. Make sure the package is unlocked for a hotfix. Unlock it if required.<br>4. Navigate to <strong>Settings \u2192 Admin Area \u2192 Advanced Settings<\/strong>.<br>2. Select the <strong>Custom<\/strong> package.<br>3. Click <strong>Add \u2192 Module.<\/strong><br>4. Name it (e.g., UsrCustomCSS) and save.<br>5.
