New release of Sage 300 i.e. Sage 300 version 2016 facilitates many enhanced features. These features are definitely going to help in overall business growth by enabling efficient, faster and smarter data processing.<\/p>\n

In this blog, we are going to discuss the additional feature provided in Sage 300 2016 on A\/P Payment Entry screen which allows the user to post A\/P Payment Batch from A\/P Payment screen itself.<\/p>\n

New stuff<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/span><\/em> Sage 300 \u2013 Option to Set Default Aging Period<\/a><\/p>\n

In order to access the same navigate to Account Payable–>A\/P Transactions–>A\/P Payment Entry screen. Kindly refer the below screenshot for the same.<\/p>\n

\"APPaymentBatchPost1\"<\/a><\/p>\n

There is additional button provided on this screen at the bottom labeled as \u201cPost\u201d. This button will allow user to post the current payment batch from payment screen itself.<\/p>\n

Whereas in old versions of Sage 300 user has to again move to the A\/P Payment Batch List screen to post the A\/P Payment batch.<\/p>\n

\nRefer to the screenshot above. User can post the batch number 56 from A\/P Payment entry screen by clicking the \u201cPost\u201d button provided.<\/p>\n
