Create a selection list and add employee to that selection list for whom you want to enter the time cards.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Payroll-Employee-Selection.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13289 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Payroll-Employee-Selection.jpg\" alt=\"Payroll Employee Selection\" width=\"692\" height=\"380\" \/><\/a>Now go to Payroll Employees&#8211;&gt;User security setup. Here you need to select the user ID of the user with whom you are going to enter the timecard and also the selection list for those employees for whom the user is going to enter the timecard.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Access Type:<\/strong> In the access type selects the access type as \u201c<strong>Selection lists<\/strong>\u201d so that user will be able to enter time cards only for the employees from the main list selected.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Selection-List.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13291 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Selection-List.jpg\" alt=\"Selection List\" width=\"497\" height=\"426\" \/><\/a>Now login with \u201c<strong>User1<\/strong>\u201d in Sage 300 and enter the timecard.
