It can be particularly complicated as you have all the challenges in setting up records in the new software and paying close attention to detail to keep risks and costs within bounds.<br \/>\nFor Customers looking an upgrade from an existing Sage Business Vision system to Sage 300 ERP system, there is a fixed cost, no effort migration services in rescue.<br \/>\nWe at Greytrix provide migration services to migrate data from Sage Business-Vision to Sage 300 ERP. We perform Migration Services at our Sage Migration Centre in which we undertake 1 test and 1 live\u00a0conversion per client Sage Business Vision Company database and provide you with the converted\u00a0Sage 300 ERP database for review.<br \/>\nGUMU<sup>TM <\/sup>for Sage 300 ERP &#8211; Sage BusinessVision product is compatible with following versions of BusinessVision.<\/p>\n<p>We convert below listed information from Sage Business-Vision to Sage 300 ERP conversion:<br \/>\n<strong>1. General Ledger<em>:<\/em><\/strong> GL Masters and G\/L historical transactions.<br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> <strong>Bank:<\/strong> Bank Masters and opening bank balances. \u00a0(We do not do bank reconciliation)<br \/>\n<strong>3.<\/strong> <strong>Tax:<\/strong> Tax masters.<br \/>\n<strong>4.<\/strong> <strong>Accounts Receivable:<\/strong> A\/R Customers and open receivables along with sales history.<br \/>\n<strong>5.<\/strong> <strong>Accounts Payable:<\/strong> A\/P Vendors and open payables along with purchase history.<br \/>\n<strong>6.<\/strong> <strong>Purchase: <\/strong>Open Purchase Orders with backordered quantities (Not the closed PO&#8217;s)<br \/>\n<strong>7.<\/strong> <strong>Sales<\/strong>: Open sales Orders with backordered quantities (Not the closed SO&#8217;s)<br \/>\n<strong>8.<\/strong> <strong>Inventory Control<\/strong>: I\/C masters and Quantity On Hand.<br \/>\n<strong>Note: <\/strong>We do not consider data from other modules such as Payroll, Job Cost, BOM, etc.<br \/>\nA business that has used Sage BV may have gotten used to how their business runs and how much data has been accumulated over the years. \u00a0The key aspect involved during the upgrade of existing BusinessVision ERP system to a new ERP System, is to ensure the Transactions and Master records entered in the Sage BV system over the years are maintained and its integrity has been sustained going forward in using the new legacy ERP system.<br \/>\nFor this, we have in-house experienced IT leaders that appreciate the critical importance of data migration and provide sufficient resources to get the job done right.<br \/>\nFor more information on ERP data migration, drop us a mail at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:erpmig@greytrix.com\">erpmig@greytrix.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Data Migration is a key element when you consider before upgrading to a new accounting package.
