Going further, in this blog we will discuss about how we can add notes to Inventory Control Module.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>New Stuff:<\/strong> <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2016\/12\/07\/migrating-open-sales-order-from-sage-50-cad-to-sage-300-erp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Migrating Open Sales Order from Sage 50 CAD to Sage 300 ERP<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. On the Sage 300 desktop toolbar, click Notes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Img-1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14908\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Img-1.jpg\" alt=\"Menu bar\" width=\"857\" height=\"113\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. \u00a0On the Notes screen, click Create New.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If a particular Inventory item is specified in the fields at the top of the Notes screen, the new note is assigned to that record by default.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Img-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14909\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Img-2.jpg\" alt=\"Notes screen\" width=\"811\" height=\"509\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. On the Create Note screen, enter details for the note.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enter note content in the text editor, and also enter information in the following fields:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Img-3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-14910\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Img-3.jpg\" alt=\"Edit Note\" width=\"966\" height=\"675\" \/><\/a>Note for Item Number. Specify the Inventory item that the note is for.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>A note can be assigned to only one record: here it is assigned to an inventory item.<\/li>\n<li>Active on Specific Dates. Select this option to make the note active during a specific period of time. After you select this option, specify the dates when the note will be active in the Active From and Active To fields.<\/li>\n<li>Cannot be Dismissed. This option is selected by default. Clear this option if you want users to be able to dismiss the note.<\/li>\n<li>If a user dismisses a note, that user will not see the note again unless they open the Notes screen and restore the note by clicking Restore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4.
