Custom report locks the sage desktop when the report is in open mode and sage desktop will remain locked until we close the custom report. Please find the below example.<\/p>\n

New Stuff:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>AR Aged Statement Customized Report<\/a><\/p>\n

1. Open Sage 300 and select a folder (either existing or new custom folder), right click and select “new report”.<\/p>\n

\"New2. Enter a name for the report and then browse the path of the report. Click “OK.”<\/p>\n

\"Select3. Double click the newly created icon to open the report.<\/p>\n

\"Custom<\/p>\n

4. Now as the report is in open mode try to click on the sage desktop Icon, you will not able to open the sage as it get locked due to the custom crystal report.<\/p>\n

5. To overcome with this issue we need to call the custom report from one simple macro as shown below<\/p>\n

\"Print6. When the report is open mode try opening the sage desktop now, you can open the sage desktop as custom report will not lock the sage desktop because the custom report has been called from the Macro.<\/p>\n
