We use this message ID to select the message when you select Customer as the delivery method on an Order Entry customer form (an order confirmation, quote, invoice, credit note, or debit note).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>New Stuff:<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2018\/03\/12\/i-c-clear-history-screen-in-sage-300-erp-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">I\/C Clear History Screen in Sage 300 ERP 2018<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Below are the steps to find the E-mail Messages option.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Go to OE Setup -&gt; Email Message<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/1-4.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18200\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/1-4.jpg\" alt=\"Order Entry Email message screen\" width=\"512\" height=\"351\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To create an e-mail message below are the steps followed:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open\u00a0Order Entry &gt; O\/E Setup &gt; E-mail Messages.<\/li>\n<li>On the Message Type list, select the type of document for which you are creating a message such as order confirmation, quote, invoice, credit note, or debit note.<\/li>\n<li>In the Message ID field, we can enter a unique code to identify the new message, using up to 16 characters.<\/li>\n<li>In the E-Mail message body, we can use variables that will be replaced with information from our database when we send the message.<\/li>\n<li>Then Click on Add or Save to save the message.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/2-4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18201\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/2-4.jpg\" alt=\"OE\/ Email message\" width=\"660\" height=\"514\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Select the customer for which we are creating an Order<\/li>\n<li>Go to A\/R Customer -&gt;
