Print it at the end of accounting periods, when you are ready to calculate adjusting entries.<br \/>\nTo print the Trial Balance report:<\/p>\n<p>Open&nbsp;General Ledger &gt; G\/L Reports &gt; &nbsp;Trial Balance.(Refer below Standard screen)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/5-1.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18964\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/5-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"511\" height=\"594\"><\/a>In the Print field, select the type of report to print. You can select Balances as of Year\/Period or Net Changes for the Period.
