{"id":19117,"date":"2018-05-28T12:04:28","date_gmt":"2018-05-28T12:04:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/?p=19117"},"modified":"2018-05-28T12:04:28","modified_gmt":"2018-05-28T12:04:28","slug":"new-features-in-sales-order-entry-screen-with-sage-300-v2017-pu6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2018\/05\/28\/new-features-in-sales-order-entry-screen-with-sage-300-v2017-pu6\/","title":{"rendered":"New Features in Sales Order Entry screen with Sage 300 v2017 PU6"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With the release of Sage 300 v2017 PU6 some behavior of sage 300 OE entry screen has been fixed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this blog we are going to discuss the problem which is fixed in sage 300 v2017 PU6 that was occurring in earlier versions while creating an order from quotes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">New Stuff:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2018\/05\/28\/configuring-gst-makes-easy-by-gst-module-for-sage-300-erp-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Configuring GST makes easy by GST module for Sage 300 ERP -1<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In Sage 300 v2017 PU5 in order entry screen we create an order from quote with the\u00a0<strong>Tax Included<\/strong>\u00a0field for details on the order to \u201cYes\u201d and post that quote. After posting when we create an order with <strong>From Multiple Quotes <\/strong>option on the Order Entry screen and select quote to create an order from Quotes screen and on posting that order at Item\/Tax screen the Tax Included field display \u201cNo\u201d instead of \u201cYes\u201d. Refer below screenshots.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Go to O\/E order entry screen select customer, select Quote as order type and enter details line in grid. After that click on Item\/Tax button and Set \u201cYes\u201d in Tax Included field for details line and close the screen and post quote. Refer below screenshot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/1-9.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19118\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/1-9.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1104\" height=\"586\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Create one more quote. Select same customer, select Quote as order type and enter details line in grid. After that click on Item\/Tax button and Set \u201cYes\u201d in Tax Included field for details line and close the screen and post quote. Refer below screenshot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/2-5.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19119\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/2-5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1105\" height=\"610\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. After that Open an order entry screen, select same customer and check \u201c<strong>From Multiple Quotes<\/strong>\u201d and click on Zoom button and select created quotes. After that click on order button and close the screen. Refer below screenshot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/3-9.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19120\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/3-9.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1030\" height=\"748\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4.\u00a0Post the Sales order.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/4-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19121\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/4-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"501\" height=\"361\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. After posting order when we click on Item\/Tax button in Item\/Tax screen Tax Included field for details display \u201cNo\u201d instead of \u201cYes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/5-2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19122\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/5-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"506\" height=\"373\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Now, this behavior of order entry screen has been fixed in sage 300 v2017 PU6. In order entry screen if we set the\u00a0<strong>Tax Included<\/strong>\u00a0field for details on the order to \u201cYes\u201d while creating an order with <strong>From Multiple Quotes <\/strong>option on the Order Entry screen. Now, Item\/Tax screen Tax Included field for details display \u201cYes\u201d instead of \u201cNo\u201d.
