In this blog we are going to discuss about the enhancement that has been introduced in Sage 300 2018 web screens to improvise the standard Export functionality.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">New Stuff:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2018\/05\/29\/added-feature-in-ic-day-end\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Added feature in IC day End<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To demonstrate the feature we can consider the example of Account Receivables -&gt; A\/R Transactions -&gt; Invoice Entry web screen. You can navigate to the screen by referring to the below screenshot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/0_Navigation.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19169\" title=\"A\/R Transactions\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/0_Navigation-e1531215017318.jpg\" alt=\"A\/R Transactions\" width=\"624\" height=\"307\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We will select one of the Invoice batch on this screen e.g. Batch Number: 4 which includes 5 entries. This will help us to demonstrate the enhancement in standard \u201cExport\u201d functionality.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/1_InvoiceEntry.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19170\" title=\"A\/R Invoice\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/1_InvoiceEntry-e1531215373592.jpg\" alt=\"A\/R Invoice\" width=\"621\" height=\"307\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On clicking of the \u201cOptions\u201d highlighted in the above screen we will get the option for \u201cExport\u201d. When you click the \u201cExport\u201d option enhanced popup for Export functionality will get open with two additional tabs on it. Out of which one is for \u201cFilter\u201d and the other one is for \u201cResults Preview\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kindly refer to below screenshot for the same:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/2_ExportPopup.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19171\" title=\"Export\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/2_ExportPopup-e1531215645464.jpg\" alt=\"Export\" width=\"628\" height=\"325\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this blog we are going to discuss about the enhancement the \u201cFilter\u201d tab has provided.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/3_FilterOption-e1531215954945.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19172\" title=\"Filter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/3_FilterOption-e1531215954945.jpg\" alt=\"Filter\" width=\"643\" height=\"322\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As you can see in the above screenshot you can add various filter criteria based on the standard column list populated in \u201cColumn\u201d dropdown. Here we are considering the example of \u201cCustomer Number\u201d, by clicking on \u201cAdd\u201d button we will get the small popup for filter creation. On this popup we can specify our filter criteria using list of options provided (=,!=,&gt;,&gt;=,&lt;,&lt;=,LIKE etc).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Suppose we are adding criteria as \u201cCustomer number=1200\u201d then same will be added to filter grid as below:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/4_ExportFilter.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19173\" title=\"Columns\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/4_ExportFilter-e1531216444470.jpg\" alt=\"Columns\" width=\"654\" height=\"329\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This will export only the entries from 4<sup>th<\/sup> batch which has Customer Number = 1200.
