In this blog we are going to discuss about the enhancement that has been introduced in Sage 300 2018 web screens to upgrade the standard Export functionality by making \u201cPreview\u201d available for the records getting exported.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><b>New Stuff:\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><a title=\"Permalink to Lot number automation on Purchase Order Receipt Screen\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2018\/06\/02\/lot-number-automation-on-purchase-order-receipt-screen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"bookmark noopener\">Lot number automation on Purchase Order Receipt Screen<\/a><br \/>\nTo demonstrate the feature we can consider the example of Account Receivables -&gt;A\/R Transactions -&gt;\u00a0Invoice Entry web screen. You can navigate to the screen by referring to the below screenshot.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/0_Navigation.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19348 size-full\" title=\"A\/R Transaction\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/0_Navigation.jpg\" alt=\"A\/R Transaction\" width=\"1364\" height=\"736\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nWe will select one of the Invoice batch on this screen e.g. Batch Number: 4 which includes 5 entries in it. This will help us to demonstrate the enhancement in standard \u201cExport\u201d functionality.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/1_InvoiceEntry.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19351 size-full\" title=\"Invoice\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/1_InvoiceEntry.jpg\" alt=\"Invoice\" width=\"1364\" height=\"736\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In one of our previous blogs we have already introduced the enhanced \u201cExport\u201d popup provided with the release of Sage 300 v2018 PU1 with \u201cFilters\u201d option provided. In this blog we are going to discuss about the additional feature added along with the filter i.e. Results Preview.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kindly refer to below screenshot for the same:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2_ExportPopup.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19353 size-full\" title=\"Filters\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2_ExportPopup.jpg\" alt=\"Filters\" width=\"1364\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nIf we move to the \u201cResults Preview\u201d tab on Export popup it will display all the invoice entries from that batch record as no filter is set. If we export this as it is, export file will also have these 5 invoice entries in it.
