This screen displays details for a single item or charge on a screen, rather than in a table row, making it easier for you to review and modify information without scrolling.<br \/>\nIn this blog, we will discuss about below customized OE Shipment screen which we have customized and how it help user to find\u00a0 item number, LOT number of item etc.<br \/>\nTo navigate the screen:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OE Order Entry &#8211;&gt; O\/E Transaction &#8211;&gt;Shipment Entry :-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please refer below screen:- <\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/5.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19458\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"662\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Let\u2019s take example to explained purpose of this blog.<\/strong><br \/>\nSuppose At the time of creating shipment Entry we have item number (A-900\/B) at detail line with Qty B\/O 5 and on the click of F6 button below popup Window will be open.\u00a0 <strong>(Refer Below screen)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><u>Customized window:-<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/6.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19459\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"704\" height=\"437\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nNow <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sagesoftware.co.in\/product-sage-300-erp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the system will check<\/a> if the Detail item number and an item which we will scan through the barcode scanner both item codes does not match then system will display error message \u201citem mismatch\u201d. And need to clear item number Text box. The serial number text box will remain disable in this case.<br \/>\nIf the Detail item number and an item which we will scan through the barcode scanner both item codes match, the serial number textbox\u00a0 will be enable and will scan serial number of the item and that will be updated under serial number field <strong>(we have highlighted same in above screenshot with red border) <\/strong>in the grid<br \/>\nIf system will get the serial number Qty count equal to Qty B\/O then system will update all serial number as shown below in screenshot and shipped Qty will be <strong>\u201c5\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\nThe purpose of this blog is user can scan the item through the barcode scanner and maintained all serial\/Lot number for the same item.<br \/>\n<strong><u>About Us<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nGreytrix is a one stop solution provider for Sage ERP and Sage CRM needs.
