{"id":19485,"date":"2018-06-08T06:03:46","date_gmt":"2018-06-08T06:03:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/?p=19485"},"modified":"2024-04-24T06:30:28","modified_gmt":"2024-04-24T06:30:28","slug":"barcode-integration-with-grn-screen-in-sage300","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2018\/06\/08\/barcode-integration-with-grn-screen-in-sage300\/","title":{"rendered":"Barcode integration with GRN Screen in Sage300"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Use the Receipt Entry screen to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter receipts of goods into Purchase Orders\u2014for inventory or non-inventory items.<\/li>\n<li>Edit existing receipts.<\/li>\n<li>Enter or change the vendor address information.<\/li>\n<li>Enter additional costs for receipts (from primary or secondary vendors).<\/li>\n<li>Invoice receipts and additional costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>New Stuff:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2018\/06\/08\/customized-ui-for-export-sales-details-in-csv-format\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Customized UI for Export Sales Details in CSV Format<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In this blog, we will discuss below customized PO Receipt screen which we have customized and how it help user to find item number, LOT number of item etc.<br \/>\nTo navigate the screen:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PO Purchase Order &#8211;&gt;P\/O Transaction &#8211;&gt;Receipt Entry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please refer below screen:-<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/20.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19486\" title=\"Receipt Entry\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/20.png\" alt=\"Receipt Entry\" width=\"698\" height=\"404\" \/><\/a><strong>Let\u2019s take example to explained purpose of this blog.<\/strong><br \/>\nSuppose At the time of creating PO Receipt Entry we have item number (A-105\/0) at detail line with Qty B\/O 5 and on the click of F6 button below popup Window will be open.\u00a0 <strong>(Refer Below screen)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Customized window:-<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/23.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19487\" title=\"Numbers\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/23.png\" alt=\"Numbers\" width=\"681\" height=\"423\" \/><\/a>Now <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sagesoftware.co.in\/product-sage-300-erp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the system will check<\/a> if the Detail item number and an item which we will scan through the barcode scanner both item codes does not match then system will display error message \u201citem mismatch\u201d. And need to clear item number Text box.
