This feature is not available in prior versions of Sage 300.You can refer to below screenshot for Sage 300 2017 classic desktop where user will be able to set the filter for only \u201cAs of Date\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/2_OldVersion_TaxTrackingReportUI.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19676\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/2_OldVersion_TaxTrackingReportUI.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"523\" height=\"386\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">As you can see in the above screenshot, the only provision provided for \u201cReport As of Document Date.\u00a0 So the report was printing data from the beginning till the specified date. Now the user is able to view the data for specific date range.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kindly refer to the below screenshot which will demonstrate the advantage of document date range filter:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/3_Date-Rangewise-TaxTrackingRpt.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19677\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/3_Date-Rangewise-TaxTrackingRpt.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1364\" height=\"736\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">As you can seen in the screenshot above report has considered only transactions where document date is greater than or equal to specified from document date in range.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">If we print this report with old versions of Sage 300 we will get the data from beginning till the selected date and user will not be able to get the data in specific date range. In this case users have to manually remove the old entries by exporting the same to excel.
