In such cases, Sage 300 ERP provide an option for creating multiple invoices against a single receipt by selecting <strong>Fully Invoiced Option to NO<\/strong> in PO Invoice Detail Line.<br \/>\nIn Invoice Entry screen, when receipt number is entered, yes appear by default for Fully Invoiced field. But, when working with a serialized or lotted item this option cannot be changed to No and they will be marked as Fully Invoiced even if Quantity Invoiced field is changed to less than Quantity Received.<br \/>\nThus, user needs to follow below mentioned steps for creating multiple invoices from a single receipt;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Navigate to Sage (Accpac) 300 ERP&gt;&gt;Purchase Orders &gt;&gt; P\/O Transactions&gt;&gt; Invoice Entry<br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> Put initial Information like Invoice No., select Receipt No. and press Tab.<br \/>\n<strong>3.<\/strong>\u00a0Now the UI will show item details for the selected receipt.<br \/>\n<strong>4.<\/strong>\u00a0By default Fully Invoiced column in detail grid is set to YES.\u00a0 In order to create more than one Invoice entry you need to <strong>set the Fully Invoiced column value to NO<\/strong> as shown in below screen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/PO-Invoice-Entry.bmp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-2123\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/PO-Invoice-Entry.bmp\" alt=\"\" width=\"590\" height=\"429\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>5.<\/strong>\u00a0Then enter the required quantity for which you want to create invoice entry and post the same.<br \/>\n<strong>6.<\/strong>\u00a0Once Invoice is posted, refresh the Invoice entry UI for another new invoice and select the existing receipt no.
