{"id":2405,"date":"2013-01-25T06:45:31","date_gmt":"2013-01-25T06:45:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/?p=2405"},"modified":"2025-09-05T05:43:42","modified_gmt":"2025-09-05T05:43:42","slug":"create-single-invoice-entry-from-multiple-shipment-entry-in-sage-300-erp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/2013\/01\/25\/create-single-invoice-entry-from-multiple-shipment-entry-in-sage-300-erp\/","title":{"rendered":"Create Single Invoice Entry from Multiple Shipment Entry in Sage 300 ERP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sage 300 ERP (formerly known as Sage Accpac ERP) allows its users to create Single Invoice Entry from multiple Shipments.<br \/>\nSuppose Customers have placed multiple shipments and company would like to generate an Invoice (Bill) for all the pending Shipment in single Invoice then this feature would come handy and will become very useful in this sort of scenarios.<br \/>\n<strong>Follow below mentioned steps to create Single Invoice from Multiple shipment entry;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1.<\/strong>\u00a0Navigate to Sage 300 ERP <strong>&gt;&gt;<\/strong> Order Entry <strong>&gt;&gt;<\/strong> O\/E Transactions <strong>&gt;&gt;<\/strong> Invoice Entry.<br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong>\u00a0Fill in Customer Number for which you want to generate an invoice and check the \u2018<strong>From Multiple Shipments\u2019<\/strong> checkbox option.<br \/>\n<strong>3.<\/strong>\u00a0Click on drill option near the checkbox, a window will appear with finder control to select Shipment.<br \/>\n<strong>4.<\/strong>\u00a0All the existing open Shipment for the selected customer will appear in window. Select Shipments against which you want to raise Invoice.<br \/>\n<strong>5.<\/strong>\u00a0Selected Shipments will be displayed in the grid and \u2018Invoice\u2019 button will get enabled.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/OE-Invoice-Entry.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-2406\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/OE-Invoice-Entry.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"608\" height=\"475\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>6.<\/strong>\u00a0Click on Invoice button.
