A new feature has been added by Sage in Sage 300 previous versions to setup an email configuration globally and use it for various email sending process without entering the same information repeatedly. Now Sage has introduced an additional option to setup multiple email addresses which will be sent as a carbon copy (cc).<\/p>\n

New Stuff:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>How to change ADMIN password<\/a><\/p>\n

Navigate to \u201cCommon Services \u2192 Company Setup \u2192 Company Profile\u201d to open the setup screen.\u00a0\"Common<\/a><\/p>\n

Once the screen is opened, click on Email tab where you can find \u201cSend Copies To<\/strong>\u201d field which allows you to input an emails address. The email address entered in this field will receive a copy of an email sent for the customer(s) and vendor(s).<\/p>\n

Multiple emails addresses are supported by this feature and needs to be separated by semicolon (;). Refer the tool tip at the top-right corner of the \u201cSend Copies To<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

So, user can receive copies of emails that is sent to customers and vendors which will help user to store the backup of the sent emails for any internal use\/records and also provides a confirmation of an email delivery.<\/p>\n
