For example we will check the Import\nfunctionality of Common Services \u00e0\nOptional Field.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">To import the File into sage 300 there is an option \u201c<strong>Import<\/strong>\u201d present under the \u201c<strong>File<\/strong>\u201d Menu using this you can import the record in sage 300.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img justify\">You can select the Title Record i.e. if you want to only \u201c<strong>Insert<\/strong>\u201d the record then you can select Insert Option, If you want to Update the existing values then you can select the \u201c<strong>Update<\/strong>\u201c Option and if you want to insert and Update the values then you can select option
