The most recent updates are <\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V2018\nPU6<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V2019\nPU3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V2020<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">Below are the steps which you\nneed to follow to resolve the issue.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If\nyour system is not present with the most recent product update, then you will\nneed to update the most recent version of product update of your sage 300\nfirst.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\nneed to back up your current license files and the Entitlements.xml file. From\nthe System Information screen, note the Shared Data Directory. This is where\nthe license files are stored. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">Create a new\nfolder and copy all the license files into it to store them as a backup.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Then\nyou need to update the System Manager serial number to the V2020 code.
