For a company, this can be any receivables or payment to be executed on a particular date. E.g. Charges, Bills, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Sage ERP Accpac 6.0 provides Schedule Forms to define and structure out these Schedules to generate A\/R and A\/P invoices.<br \/>\nThere are two types of Recurring Transactions that are processed in Accpac:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Recurring Charges.<\/strong> -&gt; Used in A\/R Transactions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recurring Payables.<\/strong> -&gt; Used in A\/P Transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Recurring charges<\/span>:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>We need to enable the \u2018Process Recurring Charges\u2019 if not checked by default.<br \/>\n<em>Go to <strong>Accounts Receivable<\/strong>\u00a0-&gt;\u00a0<strong>A\/R Setup<\/strong>\u00a0-&gt;\u00a0<strong>Options <\/strong>-&gt;\u00a0<strong>processing tab<\/strong>\u00a0-&gt;\u00a0<strong>Processing Options<\/strong>\u00a0-&gt;\u00a0<strong>Enable Process Recurring Charges:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/Image1.bmp\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-279\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/Image1.bmp\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>We have seen how to enable the recurring charges option in Sage 300 ERP now lets see<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>How to configure scheduling for recurring Charges:<\/strong><br \/>\nNow proceeding further to configure scheduling option.\u00a0We need to define the Schedule Codes depending upon the nature of Recurring transactions to be processed and accessibility of the Accpac Database Dump.<br \/>\nTo Define the Schedule Codes, Go to <strong><em>Common Services Module <strong><em>-&gt; Scheduling -&gt; Schedules<\/em><\/strong>:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/Image2.bmp\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-280\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/Image2.bmp\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a>In the schedules screen we can see an option as schedule code this would be title given to the type of charge. We can easily create a new schedule code as per the requirement by clicking the new icon. Let us now create a Schedule Code, for generating Daily Recurring Transaction in A\/R and A\/P.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/Image-3.bmp\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/Image-3.bmp\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a>Here, we have generated a new Schedule Code as \u201cDAILY\u201d with description as demo.<\/p>\n<p>In above screen you can see <strong>\u201c<em>User Mode\u201d<\/em><\/strong> wherein we have three categories as \u2018No User\u2019, \u2018Specific User\u2019 and \u2018All Users\u2019. By defining this option we declare the users who can view the reminder for a particular payment or receipt prior to its occurrence.<\/p>\n<p>Here we have selected reminders as <strong>\u201cAll users\u201d<\/strong>. Selecting the option, two new tabs appear which are \u201cRemind in Advance\u201d and \u201cSchedule Start Date\u201d. Initially the Schedule Start date is shown as default date which is the present day.<\/p>\n<p>After setting the reminders we move on to <strong>Recurring Periods<\/strong> where we define the interval of charges as daily, weekly or Monthly based upon the nature of transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Once the period is set, we can set up the Frequency period for which the recurring transaction should be generated.
