As we know with the release of Sage 300 v2020 PU1, Sage has introduced a new feature where Admin user can forcibly sign out other users who are signed into the web screen. Non admin users only can see the other users list who are signed into the web screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please follow the steps below to forcibly sign out other users who are currently signed into the web screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2981 Login Sage 300 web screen with non-admin user first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2981 Log in to the Sage 300 desktop with Admin user and navigate to “Current users” option which is available under the Help menu. Refer below screenshot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2981 Click on “Current Users” option, select “Web Screen” option from “Show Users Signed In To” dropdown. Once you select the web screens option you will get all the users list who are signed into the web screen. Then select the users for which admin user want to forcibly sign out and click on the “Sign out Selected Users” button to sign out the users from the web screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2981 Once click on the Sign out Selected Users button, user will be prompted for the password and after entering the same click on the sign out users button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
