Kindly refer to the option screen below for your reference:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/1_AROptionsScreen-1024x546.jpg\" alt=\"A\/R Options\" title=\"A\/R Options\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\nYou\ncan refer to below screenshot for the bug causing problem while\nsaving new A\/R Customer entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> As you can see in the below screenshot \u201cYear is required.\u201d Alert message is appearing when user tries to save new customer record and don\u2019t allow user to save the customer.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/2_AR_CustomerScreen_Sage300v2019PU3-1024x546.jpg\" alt=\"A\/R Customer\" title=\"A\/R Customer\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\nThis\nbug was there till Sage 300 v2019 PU3 which is been now fixed with\nthe release of Sage 300 v2019 PU4.
