Basically, existing reports carry the minimum required information and do not allow the users to have detailed knowledge. We have therefore introduced a new report to print transactions that are carried out in Requisition Screen of PW Module of Sage 300 ERP. This report will print the detailed information about every requisition (can be customized) along with some Auto selection of the segments required in Requisitions that will help save manual work of the Users in Organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The User Interface of the Report will be as below:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"367\" height=\"189\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/rt.jpg\" alt=\"Purchase request\" class=\"wp-image-28165\" title=\"Purchase request\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/rt.jpg 367w, https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/rt-300x154.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 367px) 100vw, 367px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Information Printed on report will contain data as\nfollows: This data can be customized according to requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Requisition Date, Requisition Number, Location and\nCompany name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description, Reference and comments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Header level Optional Fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Item Number &amp; its Description, Quantity, Cost, Rate,\netc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail level Optional fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vendor Details such as Vendor Name, Address, Contact\nNo, Email Id, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requester, Level 1 Approver, Level 2 Approver, Level 3\nApprover &amp; Level 4 Approver and its Name &amp; Approval Date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After selecting desired range of Requisition number the report will print as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"820\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/45-820x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Purchase\" class=\"wp-image-28166\" title=\"Purchase\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/45-820x1024.jpg 820w, https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/45-240x300.jpg 240w, https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/45-768x959.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/45-660x824.jpg 660w, https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/45.jpg 894w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 820px) 100vw, 820px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><br><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The main feature of this report is the Auto checked\nCheck-box functionality. The user does not need to manually tick the check\nboxes after printing the report. This functionality is handled by using Optional\nfields and its values that will be defined in the requisition Entry. The\nOptional field that will be created will contain workflow name in its value and\ndescription will contain data as per the requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lets have a look at below example to understand how\nthis functionality of Auto checking the check-boxes will work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this example, we will consider the &#8216;Division&#8217; part\nof the Report. There are many options under division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will create an Optional field \u201cDIVISION\u201d and its value will be the Workflow name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"734\" height=\"391\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/78.jpg\" alt=\"Fields\" class=\"wp-image-28168\" title=\"Fields\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/78.jpg 734w, https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/78-300x160.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sageaccpacerp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/78-660x352.jpg 660w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 734px) 100vw, 734px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>User will create a Requisition Entry. The report will determine the Workflow name and the Description. The description will determine which checkbox will be checked.
