As the pictures are more descriptive than that of an appropriate name for a thing, same goes with inventory items also. Many company follows certain nomenclature or terminologies e.g. in Sage 300\u2019s terms we use \u201cItem Structure codes\u201d to number the item so that this number itself will well describe the inventory item. But there are limitations like character length, valid segments. Though using Sage 300 Structure codes will very well formulate the I\/C Items number but if we can additionally have an image or picture of that inventory item using Ops inquiry \u2013 Item Inquiry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If Ops Inquiry mod is active, you can view these items images using \u201cOps Inquiry \u2013 IC Item Inquiry screen.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you can see in the screenshot above, on the IC Item Inquiry screen under \u201cUnits\u201d tab we can view the picture for each item in the inventory. There are two small buttons are provided on the screen above the image with tooltip text as \u201cFit image to window\u201d and \u201cExpand to regular size\u201d. These buttons can be used to adjust the image size.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
